We would be mistaken, if we said not everyone was having a good time at the 83rd FFA State Convention. After all, we are all here for one purpose and we all have something in common with every member that is here. The Area VII Association is no exception.

“It’s a great excuse for all of us to come together,” Vice President of Area VII Colton Lammons said.

Area VII proudly is represented by at least 150 members at each general session. It may seem like a small number compared to other areas, but President of Area VII Tyler Reiley sees a difference in regards to how the convention’s theme will be brought back to better the future leaders of Area VII.

“We’re all different,” said Reiley. “As members and leaders, there’s no template to being a good leader. The theme stresses that we all have a way of being a great leader and there’s no template to follow.”

Members from Area VII are excited to see the product of “The Power Within” that each individual holds as the convention progresses.
