The 2014 Texas FFA Ethical Leadership Fellows provided insight to situational, cultural, value, faith and professional based ethics during their workshop, July 17, at the Texas FFA Convention.

Jordan Bien, Chanda Neal and Tori Jones from Tarleton State University, hosted a workshop encouraging members to set personal goals, recognize talents and possess leadership. Their goal was to inspire Texas FFA members to think creatively and effectively. Fellows had the members on top of their game during the workshop by providing fun and interactive activities.

The Ethical Leadership Fellows Program selects former FFA members to train in leadership methods. Fellows learn the philosophy and history of the Texas FFA. After training, Fellows host workshops across the state to train students in ethics to enhance their leadership skills.

The Ethical Leadership Fellows have not been in existence for that long but have made a difference in the future leaders of Texas FFA. They are known as one of the best training programs across the state of Texas.
